The Rights Factory is an agency that deals in intellectual property rights to entertainment products,
including books, comics & graphic novels, film, television, and video games.
We license rights in every territory by representing three types of clients:
— Individual authors whose work we license internationally.
— Entertainment rights-holders who wish to expand their narrative brands and franchises into the literary market.
— Foreign agents and publishers, for whom we license rights on a commission basis.
We work directly with publishers, producers, studios, game developers and other rights-buyers in all territories, occasionally in conjunction with local representatives.
