Maurice Vellekoop

Maurice Vellekoop is an illustrator whose work has appeared in major magazines and advertising in North America, Asia and Europe for over thirty years. In addition, he is the author of Vellevision, a comics collection, A Nut at the Opera, a book of satirical drawings, and three books of gay erotica: Maurice Vellekoop's ABC Book, A Homoerotic Primer, Pin-ups and The World of Gloria Badcock.


For Pantheon Books he is currently at work on his first book of extended writing, a graphic memoir, titled  I'm So Glad We Had This Time Together. He lives on Toronto Island with his partner Gordon, a writer and editor.
