Chandra Fisher is a queer writer from Alberta, Canada. A teacher and a mother of four, she is uniquely poised to capture the experience of today’s youth. Her work has received mentorship in Pitchwars 2019 and 2021, and ALL THINGS DEAD AND DYING received funding from the Canada Council for the Arts and was longlisted for the Times/Chicken House publishing contest. Her first short story was published in an anthology in Fall 2022 by Prairie Soul Press, with another forthcoming from Tyche Books in Summer 2023.
