Candas Jane Dorsey’s BLACK WINE, A PARADIGM OF EARTH, ICE AND OTHER STORIES, and (AT THE) FREAK SHOW have sold to Klaus Farin at Hirnkost (Germany) in a four-book deal by Milly Ruggiero and Wayne Arthurson of The Rights Factory.
"Securing German translation rights for Candas Jane Dorsey's speculative fiction novels was a solid piece of teamwork between myself and TRF Foreign Rights Agent Milly Ruggiero," says TRF Agent Wayne Arthurson. "It's especially exciting that the deal includes Candas' unpublished manuscript, (AT THE) FREAK SHOW, and hopefully this German deal will prompt interest from English language publishers for the manuscript."
BLACK WINE, A PARADIGM OF EARTH, ICE AND OTHER STORIES, and (AT THE) FREAK SHOW are set for publication in 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027.
