Ana Toumine is a Canadian artist, performer, and storyteller. After completing a M.Mus in Opera and Voice Performance from McGill, she felt drawn to translate her keen understanding of storytelling and human emotion through illustration, in addition to her pursuits as an opera singer. Her illustrations embody childlike, innocent, and whimsical expressions, often depicted as animals and young children. In 2017, Ana created Tiny Tou Studios, a platform to create and sell commissioned art pieces in watercolour and sculpture. These quickly became popular as personalized gifts, cards, and original paintings. She has recently made a change to work under her own name, as she pursues illustration within the publishing world.
