Kyo Lee
Kyo Lee is a Korean Canadian writer from Waterloo, Ontario.
She is the youngest winner of the CBC Poetry Prize, and a finalist for the RBC Bronwen Wallace Award for Emerging Writers. Her poems, short stories, essays, or creative nonfiction appear in Narrative Magazine, Nimrod, PRISM International, The Forge Literary Magazine, This Magazine, among others.
Her debut poetry collection i cut my tongue on a broken country will be published by Arsenal Pulp Press in 2025.
She loves colourful skies, novels that make her cry, summer peaches, and oceans.
