Mary Mellon earned her MFA in Creative Nonfiction from Sarah Lawrence College and has been published in Chicago After Dark, Breadcrumbs Magazine, 3Elements Review, Soundings East, Grit & Gravity, and elsewhere. She works as a crisis counselor and is earning her MSW from The University of Maryland. She lives with her cat Puck.
