Bring Me Back

If there are three things I value, it's control, order, and the life I’ve built at Riverbank Ranch. But this summer there’s a chance I could  lose it all, along with my heart.  

When I lost my parents ten years ago, I committed myself to taking care of the family ranch and giving my sisters the best life I could. But in order to do so, I gave up a man that owned every piece of my heart.  

I told myself that it would be worth it, but now the farm is failing, my relationship with my sisters is strained, and the man I promised myself I would never think about again is back in town and living next door.  

In all of my carefully made plans, the idea of Griffin Cole coming back to Riverbank Ranch never seemed like a possibility. But I should have known that with the history we shared, our story wasn’t ever really over.  

Now that he’s back, every semblance of my control is slipping away, and I don’t know if I’m strong enough to build up my walls to keep him out  again. I’ve never been good at taking chances, but as the summer stretches on, I have to decide if I’m ready to risk it all in order to have the life we always wanted.
