New Deal: THROUGH THE BOONDOCKS AND BACK by Alex DiFrancesco

Megan Stielstra at TriQuarterly Books (Northwest University Press) has acquired world English rights to Alex DiFrancesco’s absurdist novella THROUGH THE BOONDOCKS AND BACK. Pitched as a queer retelling of The Odyssey, it follows a trans man on a quest for home around Northeast Ohio and the towns along Lake Erie on a stolen jet ski. It will be published in Spring 2027!
