Author of SLOW DOWN, THE DESIRE CARD and THE MENTOR Lee Matthew Goldberg's new thriller, THE ANCESTOR, about a man waking up in the Alaskan wilderness, who after encountering his doppelganger, believes that he'd been a prospector in the Gold Rush, frozen in time for over a century and the ancestor of his lookalike, to Chris Rhatigan at All Due Respect, and imprint of Down and Out Books for publication in August 2020 by Sam Hiyate.


Experience dining in a whole new way! We are excited to share that Jerome Pohlen at Chicago Review Press has acquired, at auction, world rights to Ants for Dinner by children's author and entomophage Mary Boone. This middle-grade nonfiction book explores why dining on insects is more environmentally friendly than eating traditional protein sources, and how making small dietary changes could help ensure that no one goes hungry. Publication is tentatively set for fall 2021. The author was represented by Stacey Kondla.

We are so excited to share The Experiment’s Matthew Lore won at auction world rights(excluding Japan) to MONARCHS OF THE SEA by science writer and marine biologist Danna Staff, previously published as SQUID EMPIRE, charting the 500-million-year evolutionary history of cephalopods that details how they evolved from rulers of the Cambrian seas to the wondrous squid, nautiluses, cuttlefish, and octopuses with incredible abilities that we recognize today, set to be released Fall 2020. The author was represented in this two-book deal by Stacey Kondla.
